MyGlobalTalk™ Bridge
|
If you are using the MyGlobalTalk™ service and do not have a Windows Mobile 5.0/6.0 Smartphone, Blackberry or Pocket PC, you can still achieve many of the benefits of MyGlobalTalk™. MyGlobalTalk™ Bridge allows its users to access their VOIP service from any phone. Remember, MyGlobalTalk™ Bridge must be enabled for the MyGlobalTalk™ mobile application to function.
- Log into your My Account
- Click on "MyGlobalTalk™ Bridge" in the My Account
Options menu
- Make sure that Enabled is selected and enter the number of the cell phone you will be calling from (see below for how to use MyGlobalTalk™ Bridge with a landline).
To Disable your MyGlobalTalk™ Bridge, simply select Disable and click SUBMIT.
- To update your number, make sure the status is Enabled and then enter a new phone number then click
SUBMIT.
To make dialing even easier, simply save your assigned MyGlobalTalk™ number to your phone’s speed dial list, then whenever you want to make an international call, simply follow this procedure:
- Dial your MyGlobalTalk™ phone number
- Wait for the prompt, then dial the international number you wish to call (or US domestic long distance number depending on your dialing option selected during the set-up process).
- You'll now be connected to your party for as little as 2 cents per minute!
MyGlobalTalk™ Bridge with a Landline:
If you frequently dial international numbers from a landline (e.g. your home or office number) you can still use your MyGlobalTalk™ service by simply entering your landline phone number in place of your cell phone number when you enable your MyGlobalTalk™ Bridge.

Global Call Forwarding |
With Global Call Forwarding, you can automatically forward all your incoming calls to a different phone number anywhere in the world.
For example, you can have all calls to your MyGlobalTalk™ number forwarded to your office or hotel in Paris, Prague, Hong Kong, etc. If someone calls your MyGlobalTalk™ number from within the same area code they can reach you in Paris, etc. and it is only a local call for them. If someone calls you from within the US (not the same area code) then it will be billed as a traditional US long distance call to the person making the call).
NOTE: When you have calls forwarded, your MyGlobal Talk account will be charged for the forwarded call at the rates listed at the time of the forwarding. In order to utilize this feature properly, be sure you have sufficient funds in your account at all times.

Online Account Management (My Account) |
Manage your account on the Internet. Customize your account features such as Voicemail, MyGlobalTalk™ Bridge, Global Call Forwarding, etc. all from your online account manager. Online billing lets you view current and previous invoices, billing and charge summaries, monthly usage summary, and payment history.

MyGlobalTalk™ lets the user decide how they want to make calls. The user can select from two dialing options during setup and at any time after installation:
- International Calls Only
- International and US Domestic Calls
Just set your preference and begin dialing - MyGlobalTalk™ will do the rest. |

MyGlobalTalk™ Favorites |
| MyGlobalTalk™ Favorites allows you to link special dialing features offered by some major wireless carriers to your MyGlobalTalk™ service. By designating your MyGlobalTalk™ phone number as one of your
Favorites, you can achieve even greater savings on your International and US Domestic Long Distance calls. Several carriers currently offer users the ability to designate one or more numbers as their
Favorites (just check with your carrier’s service plan). To make use of this feature, just assign your MyGlobalTalk™ number as one of your
Favorites. Then when you call using your MyGlobalTalk™ service from your cell phone, you will not have any minutes deducted from your calling plan. [When you use MyGlobalTalk™, the application includes your MyGlobalTalk™ number which gets detected by your wireless carrier as one of your

MyGlobalTalk™ Friends and Family |
| With MyGlobalTalk™ Friends and Family, you can add four (4) additional numbers to your account. This means up to five (5) numbers can be granted access to use your MyGlobalTalk service and it will be charged to one account. You can add business associates, family members, or anyone you chose. Simply log into your account, click on the
Friends & Family feature, and then add the additional numbers you wish to grant access to – it’s that EASY. Now your family or business associates can share the same savings on their calls as you do – ALL ON THE SAME ACCOUNT without having to go thru the sign up process again. |
